Star-Crew Launched
And here it is. The next iteration of my constantly evolving space ventures roleplaying game, featuring low-level crew. And for the first time ever, you now gain command of your own ship with all the rules for creating, flying one and fighting other spacecraft on a simple two page spread. Phew, that took some time to get right through rigorous playtesting, but I love what it has become.
Star-Crew was compiled and originally released beginning of June as part of the Pocket Quest 2023 Jam and has quickly earned me a Silver rating on that other RPG site, as well as a Bronze rating for the simultaneously released starter scenario Explosive Contact.
This is also a new one for me. While I released several small one-page scenarios under the You May Now Panic label (which are by the way nicely compatible with Star-Crew (if you want to check them out), I've never gotten around to writing a proper adventure module. Oh, it launched today on itch as well, you are welcome.
I hope you enjoy my evolving works. Oh and yes, I am also still working on the expanded full-length Star-Crew RPG book that includes generators for planets, settlements, huge battle ships, space stations as well as a library of creatures and random event tables for your campaign. Short term though, the next adventure module for Star-Crew is well underway and I am expecting a release towards end of August.
Ask any questions and they shall be answered.
